By booking a service or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by The Bridal Artisans by Naturals.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments are confirmed only after advance payment (30–50% depending on the package).
- Final balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
2. Bridal Services
- Trial services are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before services.
- Bridal look results may vary depending on individual skin/hair type.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or in-person POS.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is from our side.
4. Cancellations & Reschedules
- Minimum 7-day notice is required for rescheduling.
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content Usage
- With your permission, photos/videos may be used in our portfolio or social channels.
- You may opt-out at the time of service or by contacting us.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or side effects if prior information is not provided.
- Any delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen events (weather, traffic, etc.).
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
